Our unaged Joven Mezcal is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave from the valleys of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow roasted in small batches for a perfectly balanced blend of sweetness and woodiness, with a hint of smoke. The pure and clean agave flavor is smooth enough to enjoy on the rocks or in your next innovative and “Crazed!” cocktail creation.
